2002 La Agonia Del Ciclo CD

Rompe Con Todos   La Agonia Del Ciclo   Live video CD

LA BRUJA was founded in 1994 in the town of San Luis Potosi from the rest of the bands CRANEOS und CRONOPIO, and started with 4 members, including 2 guitarrists. They took the name from a song of Janis Joplin which is called translated "La Bruja Cosmica" (Cosmic witch). They played a lot live in their area with any kind of bands. 1996/97 happened a lot of changes, till they continued as a 3 man band. In 1998 they recorded the first album "Rompe con todos", which was released only as cassette. This contained already very good traditional Powr Metal! In 2001 one song was released on the local compilation "Aca estamos", and only in 2002 they managed to record the second album. They play simple Hard Rock / Metal in the 80er Style, which is made well and diverse. Only the voice is a bit thin. The lyrics are partly social critical, or talk about the old indian history. In the song "Aztecas" they use in the beginning great traditional instruments! They offer now also a video CD, called "Agonizante Tour 2002 - 2003", which contains songs from many different shows! After some problems they changed the name now in to BRUJA!
