This is the oldest Metal band of Chile! It is the band of Juan Alvarez (who played before in the band FEEDBACK), and he played all the time great traditional Power Metal! For fans of old style Metal it is one of the "top 5" Latino Metal bands! The band was founded in 1987, and they released in the same year 2 tracks at the "Infierno Rock" compilation. Some more tracks were released at the "Latinos y Metalicos" LP compilation, together with bands from all over Latin America and Spain. The first own album "Tierra de Metales" came in 1990, and is one of the biggest Metal classics in the Latin world!! This one had 2 different covers in Chile, and a license release in Argentina had another different cover. ....but sadly this Metal gem was never released in LP or CD! The next album "Crol" had the same problem. At this time Juan`s son, Kano Alvarez took over the microphone. They recorded another great album, which finally came out on CD, and a Live album. Sadly both CDs are now totally sold out. So again the international Metal community will have big problems to get the great music of the Alvarez family!. Hope sometime the whole material will be made again available! There was talking about a CD box, but no idea if it will come!?
The band is in a strange status, seems they do not know if they should continue!? Since many years no new album was recorded, and in the last time there were also no concerts! There is finally a homepage, full of old pictures, but no band bio, or informations about the status of the band.
