1991 Attitude LP

Die Band wurden 1986 in Sao Paulo unter dem Namen DARKNESS von Gitarrist Markus Kleine und Basser Luis Fernando ("Nando") Machado (Bruder des Gitarristen Felipe Machado von VIPER) gegründet. Die anderen Posten wechselten desöfteren, und sie tauschten den Namen 1988 in EXHORT. Ihr Album erschien dann 1991 beim "Rock Brigade" Label, und enthält guten Thrash Metal. Leider ging die Scheibe ziemlich unter, und andere belanglosere Bands wurden viel bekannter. 1993 nahmen sie noch das 5 Track Demo "Solitary Struggle" auf, welches einen guten Mix von Power Metal und Thrash bietet! Sie waren bei einem neuen Label unter Vertrag, und 1994 sollte das zweite Album aufgenommen werden! Es gab aber viele Probleme und im Jahre 1995 haben sie sich dann aufgelöst!
Im Jahre 2002 fanden sich die selben Jungs wieder zusammen, und starteten ihre Songs zum zweiten Album aufzunehmen und einige Shows zu spielen! Es soll "P.R.A.Y." heissen, scheint aber bisher noch nicht herausgekommen zu sein!

The other members changed over the time, and the name was exchanged later to EXHORT. The album was released in 1991, and contains good Thrash Metal. But sadly they did not get much recognition for it, and other boring bands got pushed! In 1993 they recorded the 5 track demo "Solitary Struggle", which contains a good mix of Power Metal and Thrash! They had at this time a contract with a new label, and it was planned to record the second album in 1994! But there were many problems and in 1995 they split up!
In the year 2002 the same guys came together again to continue with the band, and started to finally record the songs for the second album, and to play some shows! It will be called "P.R.A.Y.", but seems they have not finished it yet!

Esta banda foi fundada em 1986 em São Paulo com o nome DARKNESS pelo guitarrista Markus Kleine e o baixista Luis Fernando (Nando) Machado (irmão do guitarrista Felipe Machado do VIPER). Os outros integrantes trocavam de tempos em tempos e o nome foi mudado para EXHORT mais tarde. O álbum foi lançado em 1991 e possui um bom Thrash Metal, mas infelizmente não obtiveram muito reconhecimento. Em 1993 gravaram uma demo com 5 faixas "Solitary Struggle", um bom mix de Power Metal e Thrash. Tinham nesta época um contrato com uma nova gravadora e planejaram gravar o novo álbum em 1994, mas tiveram muitos problemas e em 1995 se separaram. Em 2002 os mesmos caras se juntaram e começaram, finalmente, a gravar as músicas para o segundo álbum e tocar em alguns shows. O álbum chamar-se-á P.R.A.Y e parece não ter sido lançado ainda.
